I had a chance to dine at their stunning restaurant with views overlooking the Sassi. It’s called Regiacorte and a 3-course meal is €100. Well worth the splurge for the unique dishes and beautiful setting.

There are also colorful curtains that make the place look fancy, just like the Gattini family used to enjoy.
